The company was founded by Andy Brunn, who serves as President & Chief Technical Officer, and Fred Brunn who serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
Andy Brunn has been actively involved in the gaming industry for more than eleven years. His responsibilities have focused primarily on software design and systems engineering. At International Lottery & Totalizator Systems (ILTS), he was responsible for all corporate-wide IT initiatives including system implementations, conversions, software R&D, communications network design, proposal writing, central system server specification and procurement, outsourcing, and management of strategic partners. In addition, he was responsible for company-wide software development across all product lines including point-of-sale terminals, central system software applications, and communications software.
Andy managed the software development for several lottery system implementations including startup of a 3500-terminal lottery system implementation in the United Kingdom, conversion from a competing system in Malaysia, startup of 4000 terminal lottery system implementation in India, and startup of a lottery in Brazil.
Fred Brunn has been involved in the gaming industry since 1980. At ILTS he held increasingly more responsible positions up to and including President and CEO. His primary responsibilities included hardware and systems design, manufacturing and general corporate management. His experience and qualifications include: ·
Hands-on management of hardware/software engineering, manufacturing operations, technical project management and business development
Diverse electromechanical engineering background with microprocessor based products
Extensive experience in hardware and software product development; formal product development processes including resource allocation, cycle time reduction and quality improvement methods
Experience in project management using rigorous methodologies of the Project Management Institute (PMI), including work breakdown structures, resource loaded networks, and earned value analysis
Operations management including MRP II and continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Cellular, TQM, JIT, and ISO 9000
International sales, marketing, and customer support · Negotiation and establishment of partnering and outsourcing agreements
Executive level management of a high tech public corporation
Management of a private non-profit consulting company
